When should I order my set of custom invitations?

You'll want to give yourself some extra time when picking out your wedding stationery. So, the earlier you place your order the easier is it for you to cross that off your list. Due to the custom details that go into creating a set of invitations, Pretty Ink Press has created an easy timeline of when it's best to order your invitations.

Do I get to see my invitations before they're completed?

All digitally printed invitations come with a printed sample. From here, you can make any final changes to your order before the final set is printed. Unfortunately, with foil printing a printed sample is not available due to the special plates that need to be created.

If I want to assemble my own invitations is that okay?

Of course! Pretty Ink Press keeps the DIY bride in mind. Therefore, any bride who wishes to assemble their own invitations may do so! We will however, provide you with the right type of glue and if possible, do a test run with you first.

I have no idea how to word my invitations!

Don't stress! Pretty Ink Press can go over all of that with you as we begin the ordering process. You can also take a look at the Templates section to download wording samples!

Are you able to take on last minute orders?

It depends. But reach out to Pretty Ink Press regardless and we'll see what we can do or we can refer you to another vendor who may have openings.

I need to add on a few more invitations. Is that OK?

That's okay, just be sure to let Pretty Ink Press know as soon as possible. Adding on extras last minute can cause delays in your timeline. In that case, we'll get you the full set originally ordered then work on creating the additional ones to be sent at a later date.

I don't like my original design idea anymore. Can we do a new one?

Let's see where you stand first. Pretty Ink Press wants you to be happy with your design so if you're not satisfied, we can do some tweeking depending on how far along we are in the order. If your invitation has not gone to print, there's still time to change but keep in mind any last minute changes will cause a delay in your timeline for delivery. There is also a $50 redesign fee if you're looking to do a full change. Minor changes are $10 each.
